one block away from exit 6 on the subway line 2 Nanjing rd station. Convinient to subway line 10 & 2 station. A couple of blocks away from Najiang Road shopping road. Three short blocks away from the Bud.

lower floor rooms within the bathroom there was an sewer odor within the bathroom. Not too overwhelming but noticible.

Location was good one

The lines were unpleasantan unclean, bathroom was dirty, and the ventilation was poor. Even after changing rooms there was no improvement

1. Perfect location. If you have toddler with stroller or senior citizen this hotel is right in the elevator access of nanjing station exit 6 with 2mins walk.2. Very accommodating staff, they upgraded our room so we can be on the same floor with my family. They also refill water bottles, toiletries daily.3. Very clean hotel and nice bathroom

The location is absolutely great. A block away from the metro main line, 5 blocks apart from the bund, 2 blocks away from nanjing road. Couldn´t be better.

The lobby area looked abandoned. The wine bistro area, which was very nice, was covered with sheets. The café had a refrigerator with decorations inside instead of food. It seemed strange to me. The hallway leading to the hotel entrance is not pleasant either. The rooms are fine, but there were laundry carts in the hallways. The windows need maintenance.

The staff was super helpful. Excellent location, good value for money.

The sound insulation wasn’t good.

Great location, two blocks from the pedestrian street and two blocks from The Bund by the river. Couldn’t ask for more, simple, clean, windows can be opened.

Location and ease of access as well as general feeling in the room. Staff were happy to keep an eye on our bags before and after check in and check out.

Staff didn't notify us of closures to public transport as we were leaving to airport via Metro and we nearly missed our plane due to how busy it was in Golden Week. There was a sign but no one indicated it to us until after we came back and it was not in English. We ordered a Didi.

Honestly I have nothing to dislike.

It is a simple hotel, clean, but very old building and definitely need a renovation. The hotel is inside a “little corridor”. The neighborhood is good and very close to the metro station line 2 and 10 . Line 2 goes directly to the Pudong Airport. It has a very nice shopping mall and the famous pedestrian street and the bund close by.

It is quite old, need a renovation. The neighborhood is very good but the hotel itself is in a weird street corridor. When we just arrived, thought about leaving but ended up staying there. It was all fine and very convenient location, but the building is old and need to be renovated.

Central location

Noise from construction outside the room was bad, also bathroom cleaning was not good

Great value for money in a central location- minutes from metro station and the Bund is within walking distance.

We live in China, so are used to the environment, however the entrance and walk to the hotel from the road might be a little disconcerting for ‘tourists’.

The location is very close to key attractions of Shanghai (the Bund, the pedestrian shopping district are all within working distant). The room is very cost-effective and clean. The most exceptional aspect lies in the staffs, who are very attentive and had tried their best to make my stay a comfort one.

I don's see any issue during my stay

The location was great, close to the main subway line that connects to the MagLev, so super easy to get there from the airport. I had a super long layover and the location was great, walked the Bund & Nanjing shopping street easily, was able to shower & nap in the room.

A bit hard to find, but just one wrong turn corrected and I was there.

It is difficult to find since it is in a middle street that no cars go in.

It was a superb stay, Perfect location. 2-3mins only from subway metro - nanjing road east station exit 6 which is direct from airport, very near to tourists spot. walking distance to the bund. All staff was so helpful and friendly, they are always smiling that gives more stay comfortable. Clean room with everything you need , all toiletries are there.

It takes us time to find the location even if it’s near the subway because the pin location in google maps was confusing , and the reason is the hotel was inside and not in the main road

Location, walkable to The Bund attractions. The hotel itself may be in a small alley, not so fancy. But it has good access to everything. Staff at the reception is very helpful and can communicate well in English. They have a cute fat cat in the lobby. Good value for money.

Not that I don't like but the bathroom has glass wall with curtains outside. Might be weird if I come with a friend for a family member.
